Your data

Three kinds of record

What you tell us: name, date of birth, address, contact details, and the documents that verify them. What your play generates: deposits, withdrawals, stakes, bonus history. What your device reports: an IP address, a browser fingerprint, and which pages you opened.

Why each is kept, and for how long

RecordReason it existsRetention
Identity and documentsAge and identity checks a licensed operator must runFive years past closure
Money movementsAnti money laundering duties and evidence in a disputeFive years past the last movement
Play historySettling a contested round, spotting bonus abuseTwo years
Technical logsFraud detection and keeping the platform upTwelve months

Who else sees any of it

Payment processors see what they need to move money. Game studios see the round, not the person. Verification providers see the documents you upload and nothing else. We do not sell this data and nobody buys it from us. A court order or a regulator's demand is the only thing that opens the file wider, and we answer those.

Where it lives

On encrypted servers, reached over TLS, open only to staff whose work needs them. Where a processor sits outside the European Economic Area the transfer runs on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in and remember which language you chose. Measurement cookies count visits in aggregate. Refusing the measurement ones changes nothing you can see; refusing the session ones means you cannot stay signed in.

What you can demand

A copy of everything we hold, a correction, deletion of anything the retention table does not pin down, an objection to profiling, or your file in a portable format. Write to [email protected]; the answer comes inside thirty days.

Under 18

Nobody under 18 may register. If an account turns out to belong to a minor it is closed, the deposits go back, and the file is destroyed once the closure is documented.

Revisions

Material changes are posted here before they take effect, and the date of the last one sits at the foot of the site.
