Eligibility

18 or over, acting for yourself, resident where our licence lets us serve you. One person, one account. A duplicate opened under another address or a relative's name is closed when we find it and anything built on it is reversed.

Keeping the account yours

Your credentials are yours alone. Whatever happens in an open session counts as your own action, so sign out on a shared device. If you think somebody else has been in, tell us straight away and we will freeze the account while it is examined.

Deposits

Only the methods on the cashier. Minimum €10 on cards, vouchers, wallets and crypto, €20 on a bank transfer. Everything credits in euro; where a method settles in another currency the conversion runs at the rate our processor quotes at that moment.

Withdrawals

A payout returns by the route the deposit came in on wherever the method allows it. We charge nothing at our end. Wallets, vouchers and crypto normally clear the same day, cards between one and twenty four hours, bank transfers in three to five working days. The first payout on any account waits for verification to finish.

What a bonus asks in return

Each offer carries its own wagering multiple, its own expiry, and its own maximum stake while it is live. Slots normally count in full toward wagering; table games and live dealer count for less or not at all. Going over the stake ceiling with bonus funds active voids the bonus and anything it produced. The figures that bind are the ones displayed on the offer when you accept it.

Fair play

Results come from the studios' own random number generators, audited by the laboratories those studios use. We have no hand in them. Linked accounts betting against each other, automated play, and stake patterns built only to clear wagering are treated as abuse and cost the bonus.

When something goes wrong

If a display fault, a mispriced market or a broken round credits something that was never won, we put the balance back and explain why. A round cut short by a lost connection settles on the studio's own record of it.

Closing an account

Close yours whenever you like and withdraw what is verified and clear. We may close one for a breach of these rules, a failed verification, or where the law requires it, and we will tell you which of the three.

Complaints

In writing, to [email protected], to this desk first. Say what happened, when, and what would settle it. We answer within 24 hours and escalate internally if that first answer does not close it.

These rules are revised from time to time. What is on this page is what applies, and playing on after a revision means you accept it.
